On The Learning Party Organization Construction In Colleges And Universities

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the17th Central Committee of theCommunist Party of China for the first time clearly set the requirement of creating"learning party", the hot wave of constructing "learning party organizations" hasswept the whole country. The party organizations in universities not only guide thedevelopment direction of higher education, but also shoulder the importantresponsibility of cultivating builders and successors for the socialist cause. Being thekey work of part construction in the university, the construction of learning partyorganization in the university is not only a main approach to assure the advancementof party members, but an important way of improving organizational corecompetitiveness and fostering talents of high quality.However, many problems still exist in the construction of learning partyorganization in the university. They are as follows. Most of the party members, evenleading party cadres lack enough knowledge about learning party organization; theyneed to improve their theoretical quality. Unsound related regulations of learningparty organization construction; evaluation system and incentive system need to bestrengthened; unconscious safeguard function and restriction effect of system.Formalistic learning, and bad learning effect; Theory break away from practice, mostof which are at exploratory stage.Accompany with the passion of constructing learning party organizations, theconstruction work has gained some achievements in universities, which has promotedthe construction of learning atmosphere in the organization and has set up correctlearning attitude for party members. In view of the problems, we still need to seek aneffective approach of constructing learning party organization in the university. Withthe guidance of Marxism, we could improving our understanding of learning partyorganization in the university by constructing a learning-style leading bodies andreinforcing theatricality. Some measures are taken to provide system guarantee for theconstruction of learning party organization in the university. They are as follows.Perfecting supervision and security system; implementation of the learning system theparty committee center group; creating a sound evaluation system and incentivesystem. Innovating new approaches of the construction of learning party organizationin the university; building learning platform for the team; constructing the system ofunification of cognition and practice; creating convenient and efficient approach.
