| The daily work in banking financial institutions always collect and save a large number of personal information, including customer’s personal information, account information, credit information, and financial transaction information. Personal financial information reflects the personal income and expenses, assets, liabilities and consumption habits. If personal financial information be revealed, maybe directly infringes the financial consumers’ lawful rights and interests, and also may increase the banking financial institutions litigation risk. And increase the operating costs; affect the bank’s reputation, improper handling, and even affect the regional financial stability.
