The International Refugee Problem Research

While peace and development are the theme of the world, but some areas still conflict. Large number of refugees in the world, refugee rights are not effective protection and refugees to the international community was multifaceted, and at this stage of refugee protection in legislation and in practice there are many problems, the protection of the rights of refugees need international community to work together.This article consists of three chapters:the first chapter, the origin of the refugees, the current international refugee questions and the problem of refugees on the international community. Chapter II describes the development of the refugee definition. Including the refugee definition before the1951Refugee Convention and the Convention on the identification of refugees and the1967Protocol relating to the development of the definition of a refugee, and then elaborated with the development of the international situation after the OAU refugee definition to further expand, and then describes refugee qualification, including the conditions on the substantive conditions and procedures for recognition of refugee status (refugee determination procedures). Chapter Ⅲ, the right of refugees in law. The first section describes including the legal right and obligation when they entry, residence and departure the country. The second section will elaborate on the problems, including the problem of a narrow definition of a refugee, and problems about refugee protection in practice. Section three is some measures to protect refugees.
