The View Of Moral Conflict Studies Under Collectivism

Reform and opening up and socialist market economy brought China into an era of value pluralism, and moral conflict phenomenon has became a problem that we must to think about. In the western ethics, utilitarianism was used to solve the moral conflict had put all value to pleasure and pain, but it ignored the produce action motivation and value of moral rules; the solution of deontology was too much emphasis on the value of the moral rules, and it sort the value of the moral principle absolutely without considering the consequences of the reality of human society,and ignored the moral value of virtue and emotion; the solution of Ross’s theory of multiple obligations was sort the facie duty,and we could solve moral conflict according to more strong facie duty to act because the stronger facie duty always most obvious is good, but it was hard to practice; value clarification school advanced value neutrality principle, it brought the confusion of the moral conflict to people, and asked people to clarify your values and knew themselves, so as to help people out of the confusion of moral conflicts, but it was easy to slip into the abyss of relativism. Although these solution failed to good solve moral conflict, and even in guiding moral practice will produce new principles conflict, but through analyzing the western detailed and comparing of the solution, we could find the ethics in diversified trend. This trend was mainly reflected in the value subject pluralism and diversity, and based on this trend and China’s own collectivism cultural background, so this paper put the scheme of multivariate collectivism to solve moral conflict.The characteristics of Multivariate collectivism were value subject pluralism and diversity, and based on the two characteristics is put forward to solve moral conflicts. The two basic principles:one is to optimize the comparison of this scientific method is introduced into the moral philosophy, which formed a scientific judgment method principle; another is to define the connotation of collective interests and the stratification, the new collective benefit maximization as the principle of moral behavior choice. According to the two principles is proposed in this paper specific scientific solving program, namely the first pair was choose plan, search and list all; the second analysis of multivariate main body and list the main body of the interests; the third involving multiple value analysis; the fourth will be choose the scheme of collective interests calculated and compared; the fifth selected the collective interests of the largest selection scheme. Not only can analyze the reasons of moral conflict, related benefit main body, value, through this five step, but also through the collective interests more optimization method to compare their sorting, thus forming the only solution to understand the confusion which brought by the moral conflict. This article not only theoretically puts forward the moral conflict resolution, and introduced a real life examples, analyses the phenomenon of moral conflict, and multiple collectivism to put forward the corresponding solutions, these solutions not only can be used as to evaluate events in behavior and results, but also for later people’s moral behavior guidance, through the instance analysis can see multiple collectivism moral conflict solution more accord with people’s daily moral judgment, therefore the behavior guidance and more strong, and not only can as a try to perfect the collectivism ethics,but also can promote the socialist spiritual civilization construction.
