On The Moral Value Guidance On The Condition Of Socialist Market Economy

From the real circumstances of the public moral evaluation criterions on the condition of socialist market economy, this paper aims at analyzing the necessity of upholding the moral value guidance, expounding that collectivism is the reasonable choice for it, and discussing the main destination of the moral value guidance on the condition of socialist market economy. As for the necessity of it is represented in three basic corrdlatwe aspects: the first is the duplicity of both positive and negative influences on public moral valuation and preferring criterions produced by the socialist market economy; the second is the contradictions and conflicts between various moral preferring criterions; the third is the diversification of moral evalwation criterions produced from the multivariate of beneficial subjects on the condition of socialist market economy. On such a condition, collectivism should only be the reasonable choice for moral value guidance because collectivism accords with the demands of the ethics codes itself of socialist market economy on one hand, serving the evaluation intermediary for the organic integrating socialism with market economy; on the other hand, collectivism represents the fundamental inrerests of the people, having governing force for most public ideas and actions, serving the spiritual force for getting social integration. The main destination of the moral value guidance now consists in optimization of moral evaluation and preferring criterions in order to enable people to obey the following: uphold theintegrating the interests of country, collective with individuality; adhere to the integration of economic benefits with social beneficial results; persist in the integration of productivity with cooperation; persevere in the integration of material life with spiritual; stick to the integration of doing pioneering work with enjoyment. It's importan to establish the moral evaluation and preferring criterions that fits in with socialist market economy and contributes to cultural and ideological progress, so that promotes the favorable operation of socialist market economy, advances cultural and demonical progress, realizes coordinate growth of material progress and cultural and ideological progress. The nuts and bolts of basic approaches to establish the moral value guidance are also mainly explored in this paper: to persevere in the combining education in ethics with moral practice; to persist in binding beneficial prompting with mental guidance; to insist on the connection of institutional control with legal norm; to stick to the integrating self-restraint (autorhythmicity) tog their with the restraint from others.
