It is an effective way for Ningxia to racing to develop agriculture special advantage industries. Good laws can make agricultural special advantage industries in Ningxia better and more long-term development. This paper based on the agricultural special advantage industries in Ningxia through analysis of the present situation of legal protection, saw no matter in legislation or law enforcement, there are also some problems hindering its good, orderly developed. To solve these problems, this paper draw lessons in terms of successful experience from foreign legislation on protection of special advantage industries, combined with the specific situation of Ningxia, and puts forward some concrete and effective solutions. Such as:it is recommended that the state formulates the protection of geographical indications products and Ningxia formulate relevant local regulations, to make in protecting agricultural special advantage industries in Ningxia have laws; Clear geographical indication protection competent authority, in order to make the legal protection of agricultural special advantage industries in Ningxia orderly; Set up the whole process of quality supervision system, in order to improve the quality of special advantage agricultural products in Ningxia and enhance consumer trust of features; To strengthen the law enforcement team construction and improve the quality of the law enforcement personnel to fundamentally solve the problem of enforcement.
