In commercial circulation increasingly developed today, if a supplier wants itsproducts to large retail shops for sale, will pay access fees, store business sponsorshipfees, Dianqing sponsorship fee, new product charges admission fees to the operatorsof large retailers, it has become an unwritten rule. This social phenomenon hasattracted wide attention of law circles. Although some scholars think, it is the naturalresult of market competition, should be left to the market to solve their own; butscholars think, this is a kind of market share relative market dominant position abuse,and abuse of market domination status which is detrimental even bargain and theorder of the market competition, should be the law especially the anti-monopoly lawregulation. Entrance fee, but is a typical case of abusing relatively dominant positionin trading, but put forward a relatively dominant position abuse destroy thecompetition order problems, in need of legal regulation. Have mature legislation indeveloped countries and regions, which provided the legislative theory valuable andreferable experiences for our country. This paper is mainly about the market relativelydominant position of a legal regulation, which is helpful to regulate this kind ofbehavior.To large retailers abusing relatively dominant position of legal regulation is theinevitable requirement of the development of China’s market economy, the realisticsignificance of a commitment to national sustainable and healthy development ofnational economy and it has the very strong. At the same time, this papersystematically investigates the legal regulation status abroad of this behavior, toimprove China’s implementation of the "anti-monopoly law" after it has theoreticalvalue. Because of the limitations of ideas, and never engaged in related work, thispaper has some shortcomings, need to be improved.
