Hiroshima and Nagasaki suffered after thecatastrophe, the casualties, the city was destroyed. Debut might lead to disputes in theworld, and how to avoid war again become a priority objective of safeguarding worldpeace and development of nuclear weapons. Nuclear energy applications innon-military areas is gradually being taken seriously, humans began in the peacefuluse of nuclear energy and to find a dynamic balance between the prevention ofnuclear proliferation, nuclear energy for the benefit of the world. Emerging in the useof nuclear energy accident reminds us even more effective regulatory measures, inorder to bring us benefits in the use of nuclear energy while controlling unnecessarydisaster. This article is divided into introduction, body and conclusion. The preface sectionincludes the topics of reason, research methods, research status. The body partconsists of four chapters.Chapter by a brief review of the historical events of World War Ⅱ, the processaccount of the historical background of World War Ⅱ occurred various reasons, theinitial spread and turning point of the war, and the progress of the war prior to use ofthe atomic bomb, the outcome of the war is difficult to change the Axis the completefailure has become unavoidable. The second chapter reviews the field of nuclear physics, theoretical breakthroughs,Germany first began to study nuclear weapons caused scientists and policymakersAllies worries, the destruction of the Nazi and weapons programs at the same time, the United States is accelerating its nuclear weapons, and the first to test the successof the final, in the face of pressure brought about by the huge research projectsspending, and the biggest rival, the Soviet Union, the post-war world unprecedentedinfluence, so the use of the atomic bomb before the Soviet Union declared war onJapan, in order to change the post-war international order.Chapter contrast experienced the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasakiatomic bombings, can be seen leaving the local unprecedented catastrophe, death anddestruction caused by the most serious attack. Nuclear weapons and destruction ofseveral types, especially after the bombing of the city to a standstill, unable to savelives, it is difficult to help themselves find it difficult to treat the damage caused bynuclear radiation, many people fear dying. Nuclear radiation incubation period variesfrom person to person, can not be accurate statistics, it is impossible to be an effectivetreatment, while more subtle psychological trauma survivors, can not easily be found,it was ignored.Chapter postwar nuclear arms race threatening situation of world peace and development initiatives in the United States and the Soviet Union, the United Nations, requirements to control nuclear tests, to prevent nuclear proliferation, the use of theNuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the International Atomic Energy Agency tojointly safeguard nuclear safety. Same time to promote and support the right topeaceful use of nuclear energy, nuclear power plants occur in countries, especiallycountries with a shortage of conventional energy, occupy a large share of nuclearpower generation in the country’s total power generation, the emerging nuclearaccident requires more attention to nuclear safety, nuclear energy in order to benefitmore people.
