| With the widespread use of network, teenagers are becoming the main use group. Butin our country there is little effective supervision on teenagers’ network behaviors, internetaddiction and cyber-violence have been prominent problems which teenagers will have toface up in network using. Nowadays, management measures scatter in different laws andregulations, there are many problems in actual running. My paper includes four parts: itpoints out problems in laws about supervisions, reveals how the developed country withperfect legal system deals with these issues, and then comes up with some advices toimprove the supervision legislation about teenagers’ network behaviors.The foreword part tells some basic issue in my article, introduce the source to mytopic selectionã€the aim of my research and my research methods and so on.The first part tells theoretical interpretation on managements of teenagers’ networkbehaviors. Define the related concept and emphasize the necessity of supervision and thevalue function of law methods.The second part discusses the current situation in our teenagers’ network behaviors’supervision and reveals what problems exist in it. Firstly, refer to the related laws andregulations, combing what laws and regulations including the law method which is one ofthe important means. Secondly, find the problems.The third part focus on the experience of developed country with mature legal system,learn how they manage it. Especially analysis the current situation on legislation of threecountries such as Americaã€German and the South Korea, study their different emphasis.And then sum up these countries’ legislation revelation to us.The last part raises legislation advices on how to improve our supervision onteenagers’ network behaviors. I think we have four steps to improve: we should hold thelegislative principles exactly, make government and related departments’ functions onsupervising the youths normalize, define clearly the legal responsibility if theadministrative organization don’t undertake their duty in law, and build effectivesupervision mechanism. |
