Cultural Factors Research Of Power Corruption And Its Formation Mechanism

China has a profound ancient civilization, in the process of transition fromauthoritarian society to modern society, local social integrity of decay and cultural faultoccurred due to the barbarian intrusion of external forces, and the invasion of local regimein the involution and profit-seeking brokerage make the country’s modernization difficult.And the new China in the period of planned economy era, has lost legitimacy institutionalguarantee as well as the collapse of traditional moral. under the market sweeping tide,diverse cultural zeitgeist once confused people’s value judgment, extreme disorder of thecultural ethics and unfettered public power are well matched, combining with the humancultural tradition accumulation of Confucianism, interpersonal relationships are firmlybounded with acquaintances society, township edge, study edge, work connection, makingthe whole interests of officialdom distribute according to human feeling and the pattern ofdifference sequence completely, then bureaucracy is out of control, causing widespreadmisuse of the power and the corruption of officialdom. China is in the development ofpower, under the background of updating system, considering China’s culture to be thepower corruption mechanism, may be more able to counter irreversible corruption theoryassumes of modernity, making the process of China’s modernization and socialcivilization.This article discusses the cause of power corruption, from the modern factors,institutional factors and cultural factors the academia mainly discusses three aspects,specific analyze the principle of power corruption, trying to demonstrate in the process ofmodernization, cultural factors can better explain the same period of development andunder the condition of parts of the developing countries whose regression of abuse ofpower. Then elaborated the formation mechanism of power corruption, first to build themechanism of power corruption, corruption from the main body of the behavior motiveand constraint control two aspects of the cultural impact is put forward, and then refer to "opportunity" and "will," explained the two dimensions of culture under the perspective offormation mechanism of corruption.
