On Jiang Zemin’s Ideological And Political Education Theory On Youth

Youth is the future and the hope of the nations. The growth of youth is closelyconnected with the construction of socialist modernization. The growth of youthrelates to the future development on economy and the promotions of national strength.It is also the key of national modernization and rejuvenation.Based on inheriting and developing the educational theory on youth, formedand developed under our opening-up policy and the construction ofChinese-characteristics socialism,the formation and development of Jiang Zemin’sideological and political education theory combines the theory and practice of MaoZedong and Deng Xiaoping’s ideas of youth education. Jiang Zemin according to theinternational situation combined with the domestic situation, summed up the mainidea of ideological education on youth. Meanwhile he innovated the form and contentof the youth’s ideological education, and finally formed a Chinese CommunistYouth Education Thought of Marx.The article carries on the research and analysis of Jiang Zemin’s ideological andpolitical education theory about the historical background, the development process,the main content and the time value. Through the study, we realize that Jiang Zemin’sideological and political education on youth has great significance on the cultivationof young people and promotion of their ideological education.
