It can say, Tibetan Buddhism thoughts throughout the Tibetan history, andthe special Tibetan traditional culture values is full of a strong religious color, and passedfrom generation to generation in Tibetan society, and strongly affects social economy,politics, education, law, ecological and social public affairs of Tibetan areas.This article is firstly writing the development of Tibetan Buddhism in Tibetan socialas the basic clue, then analyze the relationship between Tibetan traditional culture andsocial public governance from the political, economic, education, law and ecological inthis five aspects.
