The integrated military transport can be divided into two categories according to demand. The first category is the transport that meet the needs of the military projects, that is, in general, the disposable centralized transport of large quantities of personnel and equipments in a short period of time for certain tasks such as exercise, training, flood fighting, or rescue; the second category is to meet the continued demand for integrated transport in the long term, the regular or occasional military transport of small or medium quantities of personnel or equipments, such as the transport of goods for combat support troops, training or daily life. This thesis tries to model the military project transport problems, with the model conforming to the actual tasks such as military exercise, training or disaster relief, and gives a transport portfolio optimization program of the road, the rail and the aviation.Closely related with the actual military transport of both the personnel and the equipments, an integrated transport network model for military projects is established, with minimum cost and optimum combination of transport modes, based on the analysis of characteristics and influencing factors of the military transport projects, using project transport theory, optimization theory, the integrated transport theory and network theory. In this model, the total transport of military projects, including both the advance and normal arrival of personnel and equipments, must arrive at the appointed time; all transport objects can be adapted to one or more modes of transport, since at multiple locations reloading services are offered, but each object can be reloaded once at most, with cost and time consumed due to the reloading. The genetic algorithm is used to solve this model. Fin numerical example is given based on an actual project to exam the optimum combination of different transport modes.
