Especially in rural areas in China, domestic violence has become a serious social problem, while in China, referring to domestic violence prevention and control of such as "constitution","marriage law", the national law and other laws, but in our country, has not yet been introduced a complete stop and domestic violence prevention law, and in all departments in the legal system, to stop and domestic violence prevention law is not perfect, law abstraction, inconvenient operation.
