As a young municipality of Chongqing, the state urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area, the urbanization process is the rapid advance. In this study, drawing on existing achievements, based on research from the following aspects:Chapter Ⅰ:Theoretical Foundations and related concepts defined. This chapter on the theory of Marxism in China elaborated on social security to sort out, from Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Jiang Zemin Thought of Social Security and building a socialist harmonious society theory system to find the theoretical basis of this study. And core concepts of this study: housing security, affordable housing, construction industry and affordable housing projects are defined and scoping.Chapter Ⅱ:Building a Socialist Harmonious Society Analysis of Chongqing housing security. This chapter will build a socialist harmonious society in Chongqing housing security requests, respond to requirements of building a socialist harmonious association housing security situation in Chongqing, the Chongqing Municipal housing support existing problems and problems cause analysis described several aspects. Described situation, find the problem, analyze the reasons for the proposal later pave the way.Chapter Ⅲ:improving Chongqing housing security advice. This chapter on the basis of the previous two chapters, for the second chapter analyzes the issues raised and the reasons put forward to build a socialist harmonious background sound Chongqing housing security recommendations to achieve its objective of this study.
