Anti-Japanese war is an important turnning pointof China Modern history, Chinese three dimensional of agremenr is very serious.To solved the problem, the Kuomintang and Communist Party raise their thoery. But it lack of research in Chinese academic world. This article is aimed in research on the comparision among three-dimensional of argriment thoery of the Kuomintang and Communist Party during the period of Anti-Japanese war. It is composed of five part.Party one:it describes the surroundings of three-dimensional of argriment problem during the period of Anti-Japanese war. The so-called period of Anti-Japanese war is ranging from12th, Dec,1936to the bottom of1945.Due to the bad manegement of Kuomintang local goverment, and the:imperial Japanese army’s damaged, and to quikened the speed of industrial, the benenfit of argriculture farmer and countryside was deprived. So the three dimensional of agremenr problem emerged.Party two:it research on the agricuture probelm theory of the Kuomintang and Communist Party during the period of Anti-Japanese war. The Kuomintang attach importance to open up wasteland, developed the rural finance, and adjust the argriculturu’s manegement. The Communist Party thought highly of the large-scale argriculture’s movement、argriculture cooperation.Party three:it researched on the country probelm theory of the Kuomintang and Communist Party during the period of Anti-Japanese war. The Kuomintang paid much attention to collect the tax of price of land、return land to farm and to push the new systerm of location. Whill the Communist Party tended to pay attention to rent of the land and intrest rate reduction, protected the benenfit of farm, and countryside political reformation. The Kuomintang tried to improved framers’economic condition and reinforced their education; the Communist Party insist on enhancing the standing of farmers’, giving more edcational chance to farmers.Party five:it made the compariment among the resault of theory of the Kuomintang and Communist Party during the period of Anti-Japanese war.
