The Research Of Ideological And Education In Non-public Enterprises In Hubei Province

Non-public enterprise is one kind of economic organization which appeared and gradually developed in the great history process of reform and opening up. Since the reform and opening up, the non-public economy has been developing rapidly, becoming an important power to promote the growth of the national economy and improving the economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Eighteen National Congress of the CPC puts forward "the two never hesitations" policy to develop non-public economy. The Non-public economic organization’s ideological and political education is hot and vulnerable spot in the current theoretical research as well as the difficulty of grass-root party construction. Doing a good job in the ideological and political education of the non-public economic organizations is an urgent requirement to expand areas of work of the CCP, to enhance the ruling party’s ability, to promote social stability and harmony.With the support of national social science fund of Non-public economic organization party construction work system and mechanism innovation research, the paper explores the ideological and political education in non-public enterprises of Hubei province comprehensively, summarizing the experiences and achievements of ideological and political education in non-public enterprises of Hubei province systematically. In this paper, the problems and shortcomings of the ideological and political education in non-public enterprises of Hubei province are analyzed and then the innovation mechanisms of Ideological and political education in non public enterprises of Hubei province are discussed in the paper. Finally, we form a rich theory of regional characteristics of Hubei province’s ideological and political education in non-public enterprises. Literature research, field investigation, comparative research and other kinds of methods are used in this study.The study is divided into five parts. It is an exploration of the background and significance of the topic, reviews ideological and political education research and teases out the content, method and innovation of the research in the first part. In the second section, it briefly describes the situation of non-public economy in Hubei province:Firstly, the development of non-public economy in Hubei province was divided into several parts since the reform and opening up in this part. Secondly, it makes a conclusion about the situations, achievements, problems and characteristics of non-public enterprises in Hubei Province. The third and forth parts are the center of gravity of the style of writing. The development of Ideological and political work in non-public enterprises in Hubei province are described in the third part. In this part, it discusses the elements of Ideological and Political Education, explores the different types of concrete practice of Ideological and political education of private enterprises in Hubei Province and analyzes the status, achievements, problems and its reasons of ideological and political education. The paper makes a discussion about the innovation of the ideological and political education in non-public enterprises in Hubei province and puts forward some suggestions in the forth section, which concludes three aspects:establishing organizational leadership of the non-public enterprises, increasing material rewards to ideological and political education, giving psychological care to staff. The fifth part is the epilogue. It firstly summarize the overall concept of this study and then analyzes the status and significance of the research systematically. At last, the prospect of future development of ideological and political education in non-public enterprises is put forward in this research.
