Studies Of Security Management Countermeasures Of Police’s Special Network In Liaoning Province

Since the golden shield construction projects commenced on full scale, public security organs in Liaoning province had already built the "four stations and one computer" of public information construction model. As public information construction in China develops, the problems of Police’s Special Network are becoming increasingly conspicuous. And public security organs in Liaoning province practically need to try putting forward the countermeasures to resolve the issues of public security and put forward to providing reference for security.This paper is divided into four parts, which studies the goals and meanings, the development of computer network at present, management theory of the network security, some problems and causes of Police’s Special Network in Liaoning province and some countermeasure and advices on heightening the safety of Police’s Special Network in Liaoning province. Together with author’s security management practical experience during working in the public security organs, author finally puts forward security management models of Police’s Special Network:improving the system development, promoting the reform, strengthening internal management, raising personnel quality, simplifying the process, integrating information resources and strengthening the inside and outside supervision. So that this model can safeguard the practical interests of the state, society and the masses as well as promote our computer network industries to develop healthy and provide a useful reference to the security personnel.
