The masses of consumers abhor Inequality Clauses which infringes their rights and affects the harmony of consumption environment. Meanwhile.they also pay attention to the situation of government department’s regulating Inequality Clauses.The AIC (Administration for Industry and Commerce), which takes the responsibility of safeguarding consumers’rights and contract supervising is just a kind of department of Inequality Clauses regulating. In recent years.the AIC takes a series of measures positively to eliminate the negative effect of Inequality Clauses and pure the consumption environment.The investigation report firstly introduces some kinds of Inequality Clauses which is opposed strongly by consumers. After that, analyses consumers’ basic posion of anti Inequality Clauses. On base of announcing the AIC’s definition of Inequality Clauses,the investigation report points out the differences of the Inequality Clauses’ meaning between AIC and consumers:rational or emotional;reasonable or not. Then the investigation report explains two avenues of the AIC’s regulating Inequality Clauses:the soft avenues are manifested as organizing activities or providing administrative guide:the rigid avenues are manifested as theme special rectification or administrative law enforcement.afterwards the investigation report discusses the mian content, effect evaluation and legal evaluation of such avenues.At last, the prospect of Inequality Clauses regulating in five aspects:strengthening special management; strengthening credit management; strengthening publicity&education for consumers; perfecting protection mechanism;promoting the legislation.
