In the long period of revolution and construction,CPC h’as been integrating outlook on peoples benefit of Marxism withthe truth of China and gradually form, develop and optimize our own’outlook on peoples benefit. With the deepening reform of society,requirement of people is characterized with diversification. It is of greatsignificant to consider how to advance with the times, enrich and developthe outlook to make it better service for the construction of socialistharmonious society. The thesis intends to inspect the development ofoutlook on peopl’es benefit, then to reveal its connotation andcharacteristics and finally come up with the guarantee and approach forthe outlook. The basic connotation is composed of: serving thepeople heart and soul, correct view on people, the mass line and’comprehensiveness of the peoples interests. The main characteristicsincludes: put people as the top priority, unite the Party spirits and affinityto people, embody obvious features of a time, progress in profit-drivenand keep pace with the times.P’art three is to guarantee peoples interests and analyze approach of it. Whether we could realize, develop and defend the widest benefits ofpeople, the key goes to CPC and its leadership. So it is the contracture’guarantee for realizing peoples basic interest by overall strengthening theParty construction, optimizing the leading and improving itsadministrative capacity. Scientific development is the basic approach to’peoples interests. Development is the primary task of CPC in governingand rejuvenating the country. Only based on a sound and fastdevelopment, could better promote coordinated development of theeconomy and society, accelerate the all round construction of economy,politics, culture, society and ecology; thus, the fundamental interests ofpeople will be realized while all kinds of requirement of them be satisfiedand their comprehensive development be promoted.
