The Correlation Study Between The Ideological And Political Education And Social Management

In the new situation that society are becoming multiple, networking, democracy,ideological and political education is gradually making up for the shortcoming causedby system management, legal constraints charactered by " rigid excessive ",insteadin a way of " flexible management ";has gradually infiltrated into each link ofadministrative management work and has became an important part involving intosocial management.It is put forward formally " harmonious society" in the proposition in16thNational Congress of Communist Party of China (16thNCCPC), and proposedimportant task that building a socialist harmonious society in the Sixth PlenarySession of its Sixteenth Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party, for the goalof constructing a society full of democratic and legal, fairness and justice, honestyand fraternity, vitality, stability and order, harmonious coexistence between peopleand nature. Harmonious society with harmonious development of the relationshipbetween the interests of all parts, and the whole social benign movement, not onlyneed the efforts of every member of the society, but also ensure the energy guaranteedby social management system, so as to maximally arouse social creativity, eliminatevarious disharmonious factors which may hinder social development.
