The abolition of the death penalty is a long and tortuous process, not overnight, and do not have to abolish the death penalty should have the degree of material and spiritual civilization.In the long run, China will eventually abolish the death penalty. This article is from the status quo of the system of capital punishment at home and abroad, combined with China’s current national conditions, to form a relatively comprehensive understanding of China’s death penalty system, which raised China’s death penalty applies to the road of change.In this paper, the restriction of the death penalty by repealing "as a starting point to explore issues related to the death penalty in China’s legislative and judicial activities.
