Research On Kashi Community Building Based On Marxist Ideology Harmony Horizon

Since November19,2000, the Office of the State on Forwarding the Opinions of theMinistry of Civil Affairs to promote the building of urban communities in the country to date, theUrban Community Development has nearly13years in the Central Committee of the CommunistParty of building a socialist harmonious society backdrop, the ability to clear connotation totease out the Harmonious Thought sight of community building? What are the objectives? Howcould get it? Can the Kashi community building practice to provide theoretical and practicalreference? This study was to think about and answer the question.Through the Political theory and the study of Marx and Engels, the leading comrades ofthe CPC Central Committee discussed the central policy documents and other academicachievements, to tease out the "Marxist Thought of Harmony sight the community buildingconnotation" base main contents include: firstly, Marx and Engels harmonious societyideological connotation, it marked the value orientation of building a harmonious community;secondly, with Chinese characteristics, the building of a harmonious community connotation, itillustrates the basic objective of building a harmonious community; thirdly, the basic way toachieve the harmonious community.Combined with Marx a harmonious thinking main content-man and man, man and nature,man and society harmony and unity, the connotation of building a harmonious communityexpressed as: orderly management, service and beautiful environment, good public order andconvenience to our daily life, civilized and peaceful. After many years of practice of the ChineseCommunists in the building of a harmonious community, expressed in the Way of harmoniouscommunity to cultivate various types of the Coordination Committee of procedure: partybuilding and the building of democracy, with all kinds of procedure of the consultation platformto promote reform and institutional innovation, sound institutional and regulatory environment toimprove community services to improve the community and people’s livelihood, safeguard thehealthy and sustainable development of the community through the building of civilization andculture.With the help of questionnaires and interviews, this study research from party building,thebuilding of democracy, reform and institutional innovation, people’s livelihood and communityservices, culture and civilization, the Kashi community building years of achievements andexperience as well as deficiencies and defects a reasonable analysis, on the one hand, sorting out the restrictions Kashi community building several issues, including: lack of residents’self-organization development, reform and institutional innovation, lack of motivation,community work positioning allowed, high level and the level of cultural construction, and theother aspects, based on the theory of harmonious thinking to guide Kashi community buildingmake a few suggestions, including: improve the Community party’s ability to integrate andimprove the awareness and ability of community residents to participate in, and to enhance thelevel of community cultural development for the Kashi community building recommendationsand suggestions.
