In recent years, a lot of fatal natural calamities occurred frequently under the global change, the exposure and vulnerability of hazard affected bodies has the trend of reinforcement with the rapid progress of global economic integration, urbanization and internationalization, the economic losses caused by natural disasters has been growing. The catastrophic earthquake is one of the biggest natural calamities, which created huge loses of economy and casualties although it occurred less frequently. It is a very important philosophic problem and has attracted more attention in the academic circle whether earthquakes could be predicted and the impact of earthquake predictions on social stability.It is difficult to predict and forecast several natural disasters currently. Major natural disasters frequently occurred synchronously. Several major natural disasters generally occurred as one disaster incident group in a region.So my thesis has made this question as the cut-in point and the catastrophic earthquake as the research object. In this paper, we proposed the law of time-space symmetry of disasters, based on the basic in formation of each disaster. In the aspect of time symmetry, we carried out both the method of commensurability in formation extraction and Map of Butterfly Structure (MBS). Based on empirical materials and in-depth case study, there is more of an exploration of the relationships between major natural disasters and symmetry. The intrinsic law is uncovered that the structure of space and time for the major natural disaster. The mechanism would be discussed with phenomenological analysis to give some idea of the symmetry rules in the earth science. Therefore, the conclusion is:1) The symmetry is universal in the nature. If there is the structure, then there would be symmetry. If there is the unobservable parameter, then there would be symmetry. The future trends of hazards have more uncertain, the underlying mechanism trends toward the symmetry. It may serve as the cut-in point to analysis the trend of partial natural disaster.2) It is reasonable that the spatial-temporal structure of the subduction of north-western pacific plate, the Indonesia island arc, the mainland China, Taiwan region, and Xinjiang region. The basic theory of dynamics about spatial symmetry axis was explored by its presentational feature, which provides the methodological and theoretical reference for the tendency of seismicity in future.3) There are relation and difference concepts between the physical principles, the physical foundation, and the physical mechanism. The physical principles is a macroscopic mechanism, moreover the physical mechanism is a dynamic process in detail. The physical foundation may be intermediate statuses between them, which is a solid basis of the physical mechanism. To know the spatial-temporal symmetry of earthquake structure is the physical foundation, in the context of that is to explode the physical mechanism, then the spatial of equal interval phenomenon would be based on the symmetric axis.4) The physical foundation about the spatial symmetry of earthquake sequences may be that the earth interior structural characters and the earth kinetic process, especially the geochemical and dynamical significance of the fluid system and its possible effects on tectono-magmatic activities. Earth movements or tremors affected by the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun; therefore it is possible that the temporal symmetry controls the spatial symmetry.5) The visible expression of temporal symmetry of earthquake structure covers the following subjects:the fluctuant changes, periodic changes, the superimposing changes, the resonant changes and so on. occurrence times of the earthquakes have obvious correlation with the variation of south-north horizontal component of the lunisolar tidal force in seismic region, and this component of the lunsolar tidal force plays an important part in triggering earthquakes, which maybe the physical foundation of the temporal symmetry of earthquake structure.
