The earthquake disaster is a natural disaster that has been greatly damaged in the Sichuan-Yunnan region.Three major destructive earthquakes have occurred in the past 10 years,posing a threat to the lives and property of local people,and bringing industrial agriculture and transportation.The huge losses have seriously restricted the sustainable development of the local socio-economic ecology.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of earthquake disasters in Sichuan-Yunnan region,the temporal and spatial symmetry laws and the information management of seismic spatial and temporal symmetry refinement.In this paper,using the space-time symmetry analysis method system,spatial database technology and related GIS technology,this paper analyzes the characteristics and requirements of the research on the time-space symmetry refinement of earthquake disasters,and uses the database technology and GIS method to meet the information management needs of refined research.provide technical support.At the same time,using the historical data of Ms?5.0 earthquakes in Sichuan-Yunnan region from 1900 to 2018,the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the earthquakes from 1900 to 2018 in Sichuan-Yunnan region and the statistical laws of strong earthquakes were analyzed.Using space-time symmetry trend judgment method,the space-time symmetry law of Ms?6.5 earthquake in the 1900-2018 earthquake and the 1950-2018 Ms?5.0 earthquake in the eastern boundary fault zone of Sichuan-Yunnan region,including time symmetry,is explored.Trend judgment,spatial symmetry,and analysis of the mechanism of space-time symmetry.The main conclusions are:(1)From 1900 to 2018,the frequency of earthquakes in Yunnan and Yunnan provinces increased with age,and there were significant chronological differences between the two stages.The Ms?6.0 and Ms?6.5 earthquakes did not exist.The Ms?5.0 earthquakes existed.The characteristics of the occurrence in May and summer are concentrated;there are significant differences in the distribution of earthquakes during the month,and the frequency of earthquakes in the first half of the month is much higher than that in the second half of the month;the earthquakes show significant spatial differences in space,mainly concentrated around the fault zone.There are basically no earthquakes in eastern Sichuan,northern and southeastern Yunnan;except for spring,the spatial locations of earthquakes occur in all seasons;there are significant differences in the distribution of Ms?6.0 and Ms?6.5 years,which are concentrated in certain months.The statistical law of Ms?6.0 occurred in the fault zone of the whole area.The strong earthquakes of magnitude 7 or above were basically distributed in the fault zone in the central part of Sichuan and southwestern Yunnan.The earthquake of 6-6.5 has a significant spatial agglomeration.The area is very obvious in northern Sichuan and southern Yunnan.(2)The ternary,quaternary,and pentad metrics can be used to calculate the possible year of the next Ms?6.5 earthquake year in the Sichuan-Yunnan region.The calculation results show that the signals of earthquakes in Sichuan and Chongqing in 2019 and 2022 are the strongest.According to the butterfly structure map and the random probability and the level of unrecognized confidence in the year of the earthquake,it is more likely that the year of the next earthquake will occur in 2019,followed by 2022.According to the trigeminal and latitudinal and zonal migration laws of the 1 900-2018 earthquake,the next earthquake may migrate to the southwest,that is,west of 101.5°E,south of 28°N or west of 104°E,and south of 33°N.migrate.(3)The ternary,quaternary and quaternary commensurability can be used to calculate the possible year of the next earthquake of Ms?5.0 in the eastern boundary of the Sichuan-Yunnan diamond block.The results of the commensurate calculation show that the earthquake signal of the East Sichuan-Yunnan fault zone was the strongest in 2019,followed by 2021.Combined with the butterfly structure map and random probability and the level of unrecognized confidence in the earthquake year,2019 is the year of the next earthquake,followed by 2021.According to the three-transition latitude and longitude migration law of the 1950-2018 earthquake,the next earthquake may migrate to the southwest,that is,west of 101.5°E,south of 28°N or 102°E-103°E and 26°N-28°N.Migration between.(4)The study of spatial and temporal symmetry refinement of earthquake disasters is mainly divided into four aspects:the refinement of space-time structure of earthquake disasters,the refinement of physical foundation,the refinement of trend judgment model,and the refinement of defense countermeasures.The demand for information management mainly includes three aspects:data.Management,space-time symmetry analysis,multi-person collaborative research;current research tools mainly have three shortcomings:simple data management,slow retrieval speed;tempo analysis of space-time symmetry;insufficient collaborative research ability;selection of Sichuan-Yunnan region as research area.carried out a specific analysis.(5)A space-time symmetry database for earthquake disasters was designed and implemented.The database consists of two parts.The spatial database uses ArcGIS's file-type spatial database,the attribute data uses PostgreSQL relational database,and 10 data tables such as seismic data table,fracture table,block table,sunspot table,and earth rotation speed table are established.The vectorization of the base map is completed,and the Lambert projection projection is used as a spatial reference.Using ArcGIS Server to publish the map service,the system interface was designed and the spatial data was displayed.The batch calculation of the seismic time symmetry trend judgment and the optimization of the judgment process were studied.This study analyzes the temporal and spatial statistical laws of earthquake disasters in Sichuan-Yunnan region,and combines the theory of space-time symmetry of earthquake disasters to judge the trend of earthquake disasters in Sichuan-Yunnan region,providing a more reasonable basis for disaster prevention and mitigation in Sichuan-Yunnan region,and formulating relevant policies for the government.Provide an advantageous reference.At the same time,based on the analysis of the research characteristics of the spatial and temporal symmetry refinement of earthquake disasters,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of information management and provides technical support by combining relevant technical methods.
