Junggar Basin is part of plate of ancient Kazakhstan, Dixi area is located in central of Dinan protrusion, which is a tectonic units belongs to luliang uplift. Thesis is guidance of theory, view and method of Magmatic rocks petrology, crystallography and mineralogy, structural geology, reservoir geology, based on core observation, thin section analysis, conventional logging, imaging logging and seismic attribute analysis and other technical means for support, take full advantage of the dynamic date-drilling date, logging date, seismic date, analysis date, production date and so on, integrated Regional structural characteristics, stratigraphic features, to study the lithology, facies and reservoir of Carboniferous volcaniclastic rocks in Dixi area of Junngar. After careful and meticulous work, the thesis comes to the findings and conclusions:(1) The Carboniferous volcaniclastic rocks of Dixi aera are mainly distributed in10and14well aera, the explosive facies is composed of airfall, thermal base surge, thermal debris flow and splash of four subfacies.(2) The horizontal distribution of pyroclastic rocks is mainly controlled by the structural faults, located in between Dripping Spring North and Dripping Spring (West) frature, concentrated near the secondary faulty. The middle explosive facies is mainly relative to airfall, the southeast explosive are compose with airfall, thermal debris flow sub-facies.(3) The reservoir properties of volcaniclastic rocks are good in overall, the welded volcanic breccia and volcanic breccia are mainly developed for class Ⅱ reservoir, the volcanic tuff and ignimbrite are mainly developed for class III reservoir.(4) The impact of factors for reservoir properties of Carboniferous volcaniclastic rocks in Dixi area are include the control action of lithology and facies, structural role, condensing shrink cleft role, the devitrified role, alteration and metasomatism, weathering and leaching and infilling role.
