"Paradigm" theory is the key to grasp the Kuhn’s theory of philosophy of science,is the essential content of different from other philosophy. But the "paradigm" theoryis based on his "scientific community"."scientific community" and "paradigm" isclosely linked. Therefore, to fully clarify "paradigm" must be the first to admit that"scientific community" is the independent existence.This article attempts from theperspective of "scientific community" to grasp the "paradigm" theory and thescientific development of dynamic model, a more profound understanding of Kuhn’sscientific philosophy thought and its influence to the later generations.Scientistsaccordance with the guidelines "paradigm" developed by show standards to nature"paradigm" as the basis, looking for ways to solve difficult problems.In normalscience phase, the scientific community "based on" paradigm "to solve the puzzle, theaccumulation of scientific achievements in the firm,to attract more supporters on thebasis of the status, so that the" paradigm "to solve the problem gradually expanded thescope, the solution problem is more precise.When "paradigm" to a certain stageappears abnormal, the "scientific community"can not solve these anomalous problemswhen abnormal accumulation to a certain stage, there will be a crisis, led to ascientific revolution.Therefore, the scientific revolution is paradigm transformationand change, is the collapse of the old science community and the formation of newscientific community.This article attempts from the perspective of "scientific community" to grasp the"paradigm" theory and the scientific development of dynamic model, a more profoundunderstanding of Kuhn’s scientific philosophy thought and its influence to the latergenerations.This article will from the following four parts to analyze Kuhn’s thoughtof "scientific community".The first part mainly discusses the ideological origin of thescientific community, mainly expounds the background of the scientific community,community is how to evolve into the scientific community and science establishmentof the earliest proponents Michael Polanyi and R.K Merton are making research to thescientific community. The second part mainly discusses Kuhn’s basic contents and main characteristicsof the scientific community, which detail to discuss the concept of the scientificcommunity, level and main characteristics.Sociology of science, science and otheremerging scientific disciplines have emerged to promote the emergence of this ideaKuhn.From both narrow and broad concepts were discussed in the scientificcommunity, and with the scientific community concept Polanyi and Merton werecompared.The third part mainly discusses the status of the scientific community in Kuhn’sphilosophy which is divided into two parts, one part is about the paradigm theory andthe relationship between the paradigm theory and the scientific community, the otherpart discusses the science community in the role of various stages of the scientific anddynamic development model, subdivided into conventional science, the scientificrevolution, the new period of normal science.From the perspective of the scientificcommunity to understand the philosophy of science in Kuhn’s incommensurabilitythought.The fourth part mainly discusses the meaning of Kuhn’s thought of scientificcommunity. Kuhn through the scientific community, affirming the important role theperson or group in the development of science, reveals the nature and laws ofscientific development, has very important significance for the development ofcontemporary philosophy of Science.
