Gold is a country’s economic security, has been widely applied in industrial and newtechnology. As a rich country in gold resources, China is the largest gold producer and consumerin the word. In China, the associated gold reserves accounted for41.09%of the total reserves ofgold, and most of them belong to the low-grade associated with gold, are not effectively recycled.Therefore, taking a copper sulfide ore which associated with low-grade gold as an objiect,to carryout research on associated gold recovery process in this article.Rom ore process mineralogy studies have shows that: the mine metallic minerals arechalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, pyrite, and the associated gold grade is only0.03g/t; Golden state isgiven priority to with natural gold particles, belong to the microscopic level, time and particlegold, and most of the gold is chalcopyrite wrapped. Due to the low grade of ore genesis of associatedgold and fine disseminated extent, the direct recovery of gold is not the reality; So first enriched the gold tocopper concentrate by using flotation process, and then adopted gravity separation experiment tofurther improve the grade of the associated gold in copper concentrate.Flotation process were adopted low alkali preferential flotation process and the mixedflotation process, through the contrast test results, determined to use the low alkali flotationprocess. In chalcopyrite flotation test, which the condition of the grinding fineness is70%of-0.074mm, the QP-03collector dosage is35g/t, the roughing inhibitors lime dosage is500g/t,the select I lime dosage is200g/t, the select II lime dosage is100g/t, can get the gold grade of0.58g/t,85.07%of the recovery of copper concentrate.Gravity separation test respectively using shaking table, centrifuges, Knelson concentrator,comparing the test results, final using Knelson concentrator to testing. The result shows that atthe condition of the re-grinding fineness-0.0375mm content is80%, the gravity multiples is90G, the flush water is35l/min, the pulp concentration is25%, the processing time is1.5min/kg,can be obtained a gravity concerntrate from the copper concentrate contained1.57g/t of goldgrade and recovery rate50.91%, contained15.89%of the weight.Through the adoption of floating-gravity joint process, the original low grade associatedgold ores can be up to1.57g/t from0.03g/t, and it achieved the terms of industrial grade,achieve the effecitive use of the accompanying low grade gold.
