The paper investigated mix-sulfide ore from a tungsten mines in southern of Jiangxi,such ore is a refractory mixture of high-arsenic sulfide ore, copper, and low of molybdenum, bismuth and zinc sulphide. There is symbiotic and close relationship between molybdenite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and arsenopyrite,and all the ores were treated by a lot of flotation reagent, and the activity of a variety of mineral surface major changes to the separation of minerals beneficiation more difficult, thereby, the use of a single flotation recovery of each price component, while also be able to obtain a higher dressing indicators, but excessive levels of arsenic in concentrate product,so it is difficult to get qualified concentrate product, and constraining the overall recycling of the ore.In allusion to the characteristic of high arsenic sulfide ore mixed up complex, the intimate commensal relation and surface properties undergone great change characteristics of reagent, This paper take off a series of flotation tests, pretreatment of the experiments and process flow contrast test, aim to looking for a elixir system and process flow to effectively recovery the valuable components, emphasising on the research of elixir system and process flow,but also analyzing the relevant mechanism, adopting preferential flotation molybdenum-gravity concentration joint process and mixed floatation copper and molybdenum-gravity concentration joint process, with using conventional potions, and obtaining the good dressing technology index.Adopting preferential flotation molybdenum and gravity concentration combined process, according to the result of the lab and small open-circuit test,it had abtained molybdenum concentrate grade was48.54%,and coefficient of recovery was73.52%, Copper concentrate grade was24.55%, and coefficient of recovery was96.07%; Zinc concentrate grade49.84%, and coefficient of recovery was63.72%; Bismuth concentrate grade was15.57%, and bismuth recovery was50.23%, and to meet the corresponding quality of product requirements, achieve the goal of this topic.Adopting mixed floatation copper and molybdenum and gravity concentration combined process, according to the result of the lab and small open-circuit test, it had abtained molybdenum concentrate grade was45.79%, and molybdenum recovery was75.51%; Copper concentrate grade was18.58%, and copper recovery was98.19%; Zinc concentrate grade was48.01%, and zinc recovery was48.39%; Bismuth concentrate grade was10.59%, and bismuth recovery was47.02%, but there is a little gap between the recovery rate of zinc concentrate and bismuth concentrate and the study of the expected goal.According to the analysis result that the principles of pretreatment of sodium sulfide,taking off the reagent is because the concentration product of the xanthogenate of corresponding mineral crystals of metal atoms is bigger than that of sulphide,which make the xanthogenate following the mineral surface fall off,and realize taking off drugs action; the inhibition of zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite combined depressants exists three roles, the deposition of Zn (SO3) in the depressed the close water surface, is the main reason for the combination inhibitors inhibit sphalerite.
