Untreated waste oil direct emissions will cause serious pollution to theenvironment.Direct emission waste oil without treatment will cause serious pollutionto the environment.As the oil resources turned to more serious, the research on wasteoil reuse can save the energy and deal with the environment problems. Vacuum oilpurification processing equipment is a typical epresentative of waste oil regeneration.Itcan effectively remove the useless water, gas and other waste.The core structure ofvacuum filters including vacuum separation and filtration systems.The key affectionsof vacuum separation system are ultimate vacuum, the oil and the contact area of thegas in the separation indoor.Scroll pump with advantages of low energy consumption, small volume, smoothoperation and high ultimate vacuum had a widely application field for the continuousdeveloped vacuum technology. The former vacuum oil processing equipment mostlyhad the disadvantage of insufficient ultimate vacuum.In this article we put forwardscroll vacuum pump to oil filter machine basing on the performance and characteristicsof vacuum oil filter. This method could improve the separation indoor ultimate vacuum,sustain the low pressure and improve the performance of the separation systems.Design at the same time oil processing equipment for new type of efficient scrollvacuum pump, to reduce the energy consumption, oil processing equipment system toimprove the engine oil treatment equipment efficiency and energy saving,environmental protection has important theoretical significance and engineeringpractical value. We also designed a new type of oil processing scroll vacuum pump atthe same time. In this way, it could reduce the energy consumption and improveefficiency of oil treatment process. It also had an important theoretical significance andengineering practical value.A low suction speed and leakage loss was the key problem of the promotion andapplication of scroll vacuum. Based on present situation and the principle of vortexmachine, we introduced the structure characteristics and working principle of vortexpump. We took the vacuum pump mathematical theory as a breakthrough point tostudy the characters such as the properties of extraction, the performance of leakageloss and sealing characteristics. It provided a theoretical method and basis for the problem of vacuum pump design. Basing on the study on the general characteristics ofvortex lines with different parameters, we got the type line equation which couldreflect the characterization of mold line At the same time, we used UG software torender the dynamic and static vortex disk with generic type vortex line basing on theparametric design theory. Then depending on the special structure of vortex, we designthe key parts of the scroll vacuum pump and established the dynamic model.
