Tiny mineral particle concentration is an essential process of comprehensive recovery andutilization of mineral resources for plant selection, with mineral resources development to thepoor, fine, complex, high concentration technology has received increasing attention of mineralprocessing industry.Because the complex mineral characteristics of Tieshan ridge tungsten, the factory producesthe plenty of selection overflow fluid, which contains a lot of useful mineral particles, whereinthe particles accounts for a large part, but the majority of fine particles is difficult to freesettlement. Water analysis/sieve analysis results show, the particle size of-40μm accounted for91.9%, the particle size of-74μm accounted for97%. This study is on the basis of looking up alarge number of references, analyzing the principle and applicability of different concentrationequipments, and finally, using the tubular ceramic microfiltration membranes (hereinafterreferred to as the ceramic membrane) equipment, which successfully solves the difficult problemof tungsten fine particle concentration, laying a good foundation on the comprehensive recoveryand utilization. In order to study ceramic membrane concentration of fine mineral particles, this studyinvestigates the relationship between the feed flow rate and membrane permeation flux, the effectof operation time on the membrane flux, retention rate and mineral concentration, the continuousstability of ceramic membrane concentration of tungsten fine particles, and membrane cleaningafter membrane polluted, conducting the comparative mineral processing tests of efficientinclined tube thickener and ceramic membrane concentration liquid, and compared analysis ofFNX-10efficient inclined tube thickener in-situ concentration and ceramic membraneconcentration. The results show that:(1) Membrane permeation flux is very large when ceramic membrane in7000ml/min feedflow, and with the concentration constant, membrane permeability changes a little, and can bestable at1000ml/(min×1099cm2) at last.(2) In the initial stage, the membrane permeate flux decline rapidly with time, decline ofmembrane flux slow after70minutes, and a relatively stable stage of the steady state flux, andafter one hour, the retentate rate can reach almost99%. When the membrane devices running180minutes, concentrated liquid concentration can reach about31%, it can basically meet therequirement of flotation.(3) In the continuous stability research, in the feed premise of the flow rate7000ml/min,concentration time of3hours, and concentration of liquid flow rate500ml/min, it is the besteffect of ceramic membrane concentration tungsten fine particle, almost all the retention of fineparticles, and the membrane permeation flux can be stabilized at470ml/(min×1099cm2) above. Ceramic membrane after positive cleaning2minutes and blackwashing7minutes, membraneflux recovery.rate can be as high as93%, and shows that Ceramic membrane is very easy toclean.(4) Ceramic membrane concentrated solution concentration can be basically stable at around29%, through analysis and calculation, copper, tungsten tastes is almost the same as selectedoverflow liquid, fine mineral particle can be almost completely recovered, and efficient inclinedtube thickener copper, tungsten concentrate grade than the low grade of raw ore, so that theceramic membrane can effectively intercept fine mineral particles.(5) Compared with FNX-10efficient inclined tube thickener, ceramic membrane caneffectively concentrate fine mineral particle, the interception rate reaches more than99%, and thequality of membrane permeability effluent water is very good. In the mineral processing ofconcentration liquid, the grade and recovery of copper, tungsten is higher than efficiency inclinedtube thickener with ceramic membrane concentration.
