A fixed bed reactor under atmosphere pressure has been used to the experiment,study methane reforming of carbon dioxide over activated carbon and modifled activated carbon. Used SEM-EDX equipment to analyzed the characteristics of catalysts, and investigated suiface area.We investigated the ctivated carbon catalystic first,and used ctivated carbon which was modified by NaOH, HNO3and H2O2for methane reforming of carbon dioxide reaction system. The results showed that activated carbon catalystic has a very good catalytic effect for the CH4-CO2reforming reaction, activated carbon catalysis effect changed a lot after modified by NaOH, HNO3and H2O2, Catalytic effect after NaOH modified has been increased,while HNO3brought it down,however,H2O2changed not too much.Then studied the effect of calcination temperature and adding amount of Ni for methane reforming of carbon dioxide reaction.Found that,capered with the unmodified active carbon,the catalystic had improved obvious after supported Ni metal.The more load the better of catalystic effection,and the more catalyst lost.10%Ni/AC is the best of all,CH4and CO2conversion rate in95%above with the reaction temperature at850℃,5%Ni/AC catalystic has a similar conversion rate curve,so we chose the5%Ni/AC catalyst to the research.Adding different additives and amount on the catalyst in the resherch,found5%Ca-5%Ni/AC>5%Na-5%Ni/AC>5%Al-5%Ni/AC.The calcination temperature has effect on the catalystic,found that800℃was not much better to600℃,in the end,choosed600℃as the calcinations temperature.
