Hydraulic fracturing development is an important technology to increase oil production in Zheng Zhuang block of Yanchang Oil Field. This reservoir has many characteristics which are shallow buried, low temperature, low pressure, low porosity, low permeability and heterogeneity. Wells in this block always have low oil production. Meanwhile, it was very difficult to use hydraulic fracturing construction in this block. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize hydraulic fracturing technology in Zheng Zhuang block.This article first has carried on an analysis about geology and present situation of hydraulic fracturing construction in Zheng Zhuang block. Secondly, this paper has used three-dimensional crustal stress formula to judge hydraulic fracturing fracture morphology, and has used productivity ratio formula of hydraulic fracturing to optimize fracture parameters. And this paper has used grey correlation theory to analysis factors which will influence the effect of hydraulic fracturing. Then it has combined fracture parameters and the result of correlation analysis theory to optimize parameters of hydraulic fracturing construction. Thirdly, consider cross-link&sand-carry and gel-break&flowback performance of hydraulic fracturing fluid, this paper has evaluated and optimized fracturing fluid. And also consider closure stress and fracture conductivity, it has optimized type and combination of proppant. Finally, this article has carried on an adaptability research of hydraulic fracturing technology, and has recommended technologies in vertical well. According to researches above, this paper has constructed hydraulic fracturing construction in this block.Results from hydraulic fracturing technology optimization in Zheng Zhuang block show that:(1)This paper has given an effective method to judge hydraulic fracturing fracture morphology, and has known that fracture morphology is always horizontal fracture;(2)Porosity and average sand ratio are main factor of hydraulic fracturing effect in geological parameters and hydraulic fracturing construction parameters, respectively;(3)Balance cross-link&sand-carry and gel-break&flowback performance, and consider two main factors of fracturing fluid which are cross-linking environment and dosage of gel-breaker, this paper has optimized hydraulic fracturing fluid formula;(4)This article has optimized fracturing design, and the result of hydraulic fracturing construction is good.To sum up, this paper will have positive meaning in hydraulic fracturing work in Zheng Zhuang block in the future.
