The development of natural gas takes more and more attention to low permeability and extra-permeability gas fields, such as Sulige gas field. Though Sulige gas field has not much water production, only0.1-10m/d in general, the influence of water production on gas well production is significant. It is essential to save cost in the development of large extra-low permeability gas field for improving the economic benefit, but it also brings many difficulties to the gas production dynamic analysis, for example, using multi-well connected in series to gather gas causes that the water production of single well is not measured separately; installing the restrictor underground and the uncertain condition of the tubing drainage causes the problem that the bottom hole flowing pressure can not be calculated by conventional methods. Su-48block was selected as the study area to solve the above difficulties. It had a certain guidance and reference significance for the development of the whole gas field and even other water-producing area of low-permeability gas field to analyze water production dynamic.Firstly, this paper put forward the split idea of contrasting the water production of single well and restraining the water production of main station, which was on the basis of analyzing the overall water production characteristics of each gas gathering station. And then combining fluid change affects the casing pressure change, it established the method of splitting the overall water production of gas gathering station to single well, which used the simplified gathering and transportation technology when the extra-low permeability gas filed was on the stage of scale development. In the following, it established the production data fitting method which was under the consideration of the fluid height of casing annular, and then combined the method of gas-water phases productivity evaluation under the condition of low water-gas ratio and pressure drop method to evaluate the production and dynamic reserves of Su-48block. In the end, from the perspective of physical model that the foam (or foam group)and the outside foam gas slip each other and on the basis of defining a new parameter of "foam holdup", it established method of calculating the wellbore drop pressure of the combination process of gas lift-foam dewatering, introduced the thought of combining the processing parameter, analyzed the activity volume of mobile water and liquid carrying capability of gas well, and provided the measures of drainage gas recovery of Su-48block.
