Longgang reef-bank gas reservoir are featrured by low prosity, strong heterogeneity, low permeability, and poor connection of reservoir. In response to these existing problems. Trial mining dynamic data and dynamic monitoring results to carry out a trial mining dynamic tracking analysis of gas reservoirs and evaluate capacity and single well controlled reserves of gas wells. Combination of geological research and gas well productivity distribution characteristics analysis of the main controlling factors affecting gas well productivity and dynamic forecast. Studies have shown that:(1) The large differences in gas reservoir production per well, gas well production water-gas ratio showed strong water influx, the Ruoshui invasion, as well as the smooth-type three different trends.(2) Gas well in reasonable production system has a good stable production capacity, poor reservoir properties of some wells, water production and wellbore blockage greater impact on gas well stable production capacity.(3) Trial mining area initially divided over seven wells system, vertical, Changxing Feixianguan group basically separate gas reservoir, which Feixianguan3,4Changxing, the rest of the test production wells for a single well system pressure systems.(4) Back pressure well testing, regression better evaluation capacity point method used in the Longgang reef gas reservoir; results show high productivity wells accounted for most of the gas reservoir total number of producing wells, controls more than90%of the gas reservoir capacity.(5) Reef flat reservoir connectivity, heterogeneity is one of the main factors restricting gas well productivity.(6)The comparative analysis of studies suggest that, in accordance with the current370×104m3/d scale production program for rational and efficient development of the gas reservoir.
