Now, the condensate gas reservoirs hold very important and special position in the development of reservoirs in the world, efficient development of the condensate gas reservoirs has become a significant issue of oil and gas exploration. However, low-permeability condensate gas reservoirs usually have the features of poor property, low permeability and so on, those features make them poorly rate-maintenance capacity.Anyue xuer gas reservoir is a condensate gas reservoir with low permeability, tight sandstone and middle condensate oil content, the dynamic reserve of wells are usually low. With production going on, the formation pressure of reservoir decreases, the formation water keeps invading the wellbore, the wells’fluid carrying capacity becomes more and more difficult. Because of the anti-condensate phenomenon, the flowing capacity of vapor becomes weak, the productive capability of wells decreases. So, in order to develop reasonably productive measures, it is necessary to carry out the research of the relationship of oil, gas and water for anyue xuer gas reservoir.This paper was based on establishing the methods of analyzing the relationship of oil, gas and water, combined the dynamic and static data, got the relationship of oil, gas and water. First of all, the research started from geological and testing data, analyzed and got the static feature of the relationship of oil, gas and water. Secondly, it established methods, analyzed and got the dynamic feature of the relationship of gas and water, oil and gas. Lastly, it combined the dynamic and static consequences and got the relationship of oil, gas and water. On this basis, it analyzed wells’fluid carrying capacity and proposed reasonable measures for drainage gas recovery. According to the analysis, this paper achieved the following results:(1) In the plane, gas is mainly distributed in the zones with good reservoir physical property and phenomenon of Amplitude Versus Offset, wells with water produced are mainly distributed in the southwest-northeast, wells with crude oil produced are mainly distributed in the local depressions and near the nose structure. In the vertical, gas is mainly distributed in the submember of T3X2, water and crude oil is mainly distributed in the lower submember of T3X2and the submember of T3X1.(2) Based on analyzing the theory of water influx, this paper established methods for analyzing the water influx and the analysis of the example indicated that these methods are suit for anyue xuer gas reservoir.(3) According to the analysis of the phase equilibrium, this paper established the method for researching the gas oil contact of well, and calculated the gas oil contact of sampled wells.(4) According to the dynamic feature of the relationship of oil, gas and water, the water influx of most areas of the reservoir are weak, local areas are strong. In the vertical, there is no unified oil gas contact.(5) Based on the contrast of fluid carrying model, it analyzed the fluid carrying capacity of wells, the consequence shows that most wells can normally product, only13wells have the problem of fluid carrying.
