Hong003wellblock in Xinjiang oilfield is a reservoir with heavy crude oil.The reservoir is producted majorly with direction well.When using rod pumping system in direction well, the sucker rod will inevitably contact even wear with the oil tube.For solving the problem of eccentric wear.we usually install centralizers on rod string.The usage of centralizer mainly exist two following problems:One is that too many type of centralizers are for field test.for different type centralizer.have no evaluation of it’s use effect;another one is that the amount of centralizer in single well is greatly large.and easily lead to load increment.However,currently there isn’t a reasonable design method to carry on the design of position and dosage of centralizer.In view of the above problems.this thesis launch a research on type evaluation and ditribute design of the centralizer.and mainly completed research contents:(1)According to the field experiment for centralizing craft on multiwell cluster in Hong003wellblock.this thesis detailedly analyzed the influence of type wells’hole configuration、 production parameter...etc for maximum polished rod load.and finally tallied up a few important impact factors for eccentric wear.Through an anlysis of maximum polished rod load for type wells with different centralizing craftthen count the distribute scope of polished rod load for46wells with different centralizing craft,finally evaluate the usage effect of different type centralizers.(2)Built up the CFD modle of the middle of oil tube with heavy oil passes the centralizer.Make use of the software FLUENT.imitate3kinds of centralizer’ flow field under the sistuation of different fluid velocity.fluid viscosity.deviation angle and exit pressure etc.Finally get the influence of each sensitive factor for the decline of pressure.the result of the imitation for different centralizer contain certain instruction towards centralizer type optimization.(3)Based on the viscosity-temperature relationship matched with the spot test date.consider the influence of viscous friction.the thesis built up a3D force model of rod string in heavy oil direction well.Particularly study the variety regulation for friction load of rod-tube and viscous capillary effect.And those lay important foundation for the estimating the wear piont in derection well.(4)Build up a mechanics calculation model for centralizer allocation interval in3D wellbore.then particularly study the relation between the allocation interval and axial force and over all angle.Build up the force model of rod string after install centralizers.the calculation of example takes out that the resistance force when rod go down increse and length of rod bearing grow.these make it necessary to reduce the dosage of centralizer in single well.(5)Select the rate of deviation angle.the rate of azimuthal angle.over all angle.friction coefficient and quantity of rod buckling as key factor. then make them to dimensionless variable.build up a centralizer install position evaluation model which based on fuzzy algorithm.finally form a set of centralizer allocation interval design method.This method is applied to15heavy oil direction well in Hong003wellblock,the single well centralizer usage amount to reduce above30%,this method has been in application in the oil field.(6)Write the process of centralizer distribution design in heavy oil direction well with Visual Basic.The procedure operation is simple and the compute result is credible.lt provide a effective mean for wellbore parameter calculating,rod axial load analysis and centralizer allocation interval design optimization.
