Mao8zone of Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau(ZPEB) is located in the Wulatehou Banner, Bayannaoer League, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, which has the harsh climate conditions. The high moisture content and the high emulsification degree of the produced oil bring great difficulties to dehydrate. So it is imperative to screen a kind of high efficient demulsifier and proposes the corresponding demulsification dehydration process through studying of heavy oil emulsion properties of this zone.At first, we fully analyze the present production status in this zone, in this paper. six representative single well oil sample have been collected, and then the basic physical properties of these oil sample have been analyzed and investigated, which would provide a strong theoretical support for screening demulsifiers and choosing corresponding demulsification dehydration process. The determination results show that in this zone, Glial content is between17.36%-17.36%, asphalt content is between5.64%-8.21%,the higher glial and asphaltene bring difficulties for the heavy oil demulsification; the temperature at less than50℃will show pseudoplastic fluid characteristics, higher than50℃show the Newtonian fluid; the shear stress increases and the viscosity decreases with shear rate increases.On the basis of this,20kinds of commercial demulsifiers have been chosen, and then5kinds of high efficient demulsifiers have been selected through indoor thermal chemical dehydration experiment, which provides a solid foundation for the subsequent demulsifiers compounding and optimization the demulsification conditions.In this article, the Fourier infrared spectrometer has been used to analyze the spectrum of the5kinds demulsification agents, and the mixture of isolated from the crude oil mixture of glial, asphaltene reaction with the demulsifies. The results of the analysis shows that the absorption peak had obviously changed after and before the reaction, which shows that the demulsifies have taken reaction with the natural emulsifier in the oil, reduces the strength of the emulsion film, is advantageous to the emulsion breaking dehydrationCompounding and orthogonal experimental show that the effect of two compounded demulsifiers was better than the single one,The two kinds of demulsifies mixing ratio of1:1, add dose300mg/L, settling time5hours, temperature of dehydration at80℃, the best dehydration rate of96.2%. At the same time, the optimized dehydration condition has been chosen by the orthogonal experimental method. In this paper, we suggest that thermochemical settling dehydration process should be taken in mao8zone.In this paper, a new of high-pressure reverse flow demulsifier injection process has been proposed for the fist time, in order to prove that better effect, flow field distribution has been simulated by FLUENT. The field distribution shows that the effect of the new injection method is better than the traditional injection way. This injection method formed turbulent eddies is useful to mixed more evenly of the demulsifier and the emulsion, and the mixing distance is shorter. All of these characteristics are not only suitable for mao8zone dehydration process, and increases the chances of contact demulsifier and dispersed water droplets. This can replace the original natural emulsifier, destroy the stability of the emulsion, and improve the effect of demulsification dehydration.
