With the increase of the ratio of heavy oil and the increase of the amount of oil in the station of Bin pump stations, it hard to dehydrate with current process. Rely on increased dose of demulsification and dehydration temperature, prolonging the settling time and repeated cycles of dehydration, resulting in station is often in the operation of high inventories and high energy consumption. Research on crude oil treatment technology and facilities of the first station in Shengli oilfield, crude oil processing facilities can meet the greatest degree of dehydration requirements, and adapt to the operating conditions with a larger proportion of heavy oil and to increase the amount of fluid. So that the moisture content can meet the standard and the water demand of the external transport crude oil. It can greatly reduce security risks, so the first station in Shengli oilfield to meet the production requirements of safe and stable.This topic through theory and practice on the first station of crude oil treatment processes to transform and research. First, through the first station site survey, analysis of production status, processing scale and the main dehydration process and production facilities. And comprehensive study of the first station's problems of crude oil treatment process from the process, effectiveness and safety point of view. Secondly, test and analyze the basic physical properties of the first station's oil, study on the oil/water separation characteristics of unloading oil station in the condition of no additive. Taking the mixture of a mine and oil unloading station (1:1.6) as the experimental object, to carry out demulsifier screening test, selected the demulsifier with dehydration better, faster, higher rate, oil-water interface more tidy and dehydrated water is clear for the first station; and study the dehydration characteristics of the mixed liquor of a mine and the unloading station are studied, Select the optimum parameters of dehydration. Then different samples of mixed oil were used to electric dehydration experiment, selecting the best electric dehydrating conditions. Finally, aiming at the current problems and forecast capacity for the next 5 years, looking for the direction of technological transformation. According to the experimental results and the different dehydration process, two kinds of crude oil processing technology are proposed. And considering the economic and operational stability, selecting the most suitable crude oil processing technology, and designing the relevant supporting facilities.The crude oil treatment process of the first station is the three stage large tank settlement. The scheme can meet the requirements of heavy oil dehydration treatment in the first station, improve the dehydration effect, and achieve the purpose of reducing inventory. And the process technology is mature, which can ensure the crude oil processing system's operation with long-term stability and safety.
