Harbin Breakfast Food Safety Car Investigation And Countermeasures

For the people’s livelihood, food safety is an important issue, it is a sign to measure the regionaleconomic development and people’s quality of life, related to the vital interests of the people. Withthe development of economy, the improvement of living standards, especially breakfast choice, withbreakfast and nutrition has a significant impact on human health. The Chinese government attachesgreat importance to food quality work, initially formed from food processing plant breeding, thewhole process of monitoring network, circulation and consumption. In order to promote the healthproject of breakfast food, Harbin city will be the entry into force of the "government breakfastEngineering", but the lack of sales, food safety and operating costs are high, there are manyproblems in the actual operation. The food security situation is still grim, food safety problems stillexist. It has become in the Harbin city hall to strengthen food safety supervision, one of the basicresponsibilities to protect the public health and life.This paper analyzes the food safety problems and countermeasures of breakfast car in Harbin.The full text is divided into three parts: firstly, the basic theory of food safety were summarized inthis paper, which guide the following study. Secondly, this part summarizes the food presentsituation, food safety problems and causes of breakfast car in Harbin. Thirdly, this part analyses theexperience of the food security work in Japan, EU and other developed countries and economies,and proposes implications to the breakfast food market security in Harbin. Lastly, this part carriesout investigation by designing questionnaires. According to the statistical data, this paper analyseshealth status of breakfast car in Harbin, the status of practitioners and the situation of other aspects.This finds out the key of causing food safety problems and puts forward effective control strategies.The author carries out the in-depth study focusing on the related countermeasures of food safetyissues from society, government and enterprise. It needs to strengthen the supervision of publicopinion and government regulation, bring about the chain of production and distribution, improvethe “Government Breakfast Project”, which used to effectively deal with effects of food safety crisis.
