Twin-screw extrusion pulping machine is an important equipment before refining pretreatment, but also an integral part of the paper industry process equipment. This paper discusses the twin-screw extruder pulping machine technical parameters, features, and detailed design of key components-twin-screw mechanism. Because of complex conditions, subject to greater loads, need to make stress, modal, fatigue analysis and check whether to meet the requirements, and twin-screw mechanism make anti-fatigue optimization design, so as to meet the design requirements.Firstly, to establish the overall framework of the twin-screw extrusion pulping machine, determine the pulping process required to achieve functional components, and detailed description of the motion and function of each part of the machine. Then discussed twin-screw extruder pulping machine main technical parameters in detail, to determine the technical parameters section by analogy. Finally, a detailed discussion of key components of the design, through the empirical formula of the industry, the theory and features pulping machine, select the appropriate parameters and validation parameters analyzed were selected to ensure that the parameters to meet the design requirements of the standard design.Use Hypermesh and ABAQUS finite element analysis software to analysis twin-screw mechanism, and obtain mandrel of modal parameters, screw mechanism static stress distribution and buckling mode parameters, through research the analysis of the results to verify the reasonableness of the structure.The article also analysis twin-screw mechanism of fatigue, to obtain nominal stress through dynamic analysis. Establish a theoretical model of fatigue life and estimation the fatigue performance parameter, and get the screw and the mandrel Life of began cracking through the local stress-strain method.Finally, in order to improve the fatigue life of the mandrel, optimal design fatigue of twin-screw mechanism. Mainly consider to improve the fatigue strength and twin-screw spindle parameter optimization. By comparing and analyzing optimization parameters, get the requirements of the optimization parameters set which meets the design.
