Oil is a non-renewable resources, the rapid development of industry and modern social demand for energy increased sharply over the use and consumption of oil. And the oil in the process of refining, storage, transport and use, may have entered the water and impurities; because of oxidation temperature and air breathing, or other reasons, the oil will be aging, deterioration, pollutant in oil production will promote the further deterioration, oil decomposition, harmful gas sulfur dioxide, so that the oil color, acid value, viscosity, flash point, breakdown voltage and moisture content and so on physicochemical properties change, when the concentration of pollutants in oil exceeds the corresponding requirements or physicochemical indexes beyond a certain range of standard, became a waste oil. The contaminated waste oil without regeneration treatment not only result in waste, will be more serious environmental pollution.Molecular distillation technology, is the difference between different fractions by molecular mean free path, by raising the temperature, reduce the pressure to the separation between the fraction, has the advantages of low operation temperature, low pressure, distillation oil short heating time, good separation effect etc.. The research work is based on the background of the research, and the main content of the work on molecular distillation equipment, including the following aspects:(1) the relevant data, reading the literature, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional method of regeneration of waste oil such as flocculation extraction, solvent refining, membrane filtration, molecular distillation were reviewed in this paper, the research direction of the principle of molecular distillation technology and the regeneration of waste oil in.(2) based on the multistage molecular distillation equipment as the research object, analyzes the equipment composition and molecular distillation process. Analysis of the distribution of the control points, the design of the distributed control system. In accordance with the design order bottom to top, with the function of each subsystem, the design of hardware and software systems, and configuration, complete the DCS transformation of the molecular distillation equipment, provide the technical support of molecular distillation waste oil regeneration experiments on remote control.(3) with DZL-5type molecular distiller as the research object, analyzes the types of molecular distillation process. To control the operation conditions were the single factor experiment and detection equipment by means of arithmetic, the oil index corresponding indexes. Through the lattice Blass criterion to eliminate the experimental error values, to analyze whether the correlation between indicators to determine the temperature and pressure and the corresponding variance by means of regression analysis, the mathematical relationship between the determined temperature and pressure oil index.
