In modern times,miniaturization has become an important trend of products,such as in aerospace, aviation, military and civilian field. The tiny holes thatmachined on these parts become the key technology of product manufacturing.This article elaborated the tiny hole technology status at home and abroad,describes the tiny holes machining on the difficult-to-machine materials ofseveral common methods, the advantages and disadvantages of the detailedcomparison between them. On this basis, the exploratory put forward a newtheory of processing the tiny hole drill grinding technique, which is using theprinciple of grinding, the cutting tool as a composed of innumerable abrasiveabrasive, after offer certain rotating speed and feed, to add material. This articleused in abrasive material is cubic boron nitride, processed materials are titaniumalloy. First expounds the drill grinding machining mechanism of materials,including the material removal mechanism of the generation of wear debris anddischarge, wear debris jam the solutions, the concept of the grinding temperatureand so on. In order to further study the abrasive processing mechanism, we firststudied the single diamond grits stroke wipe simulation, prove the feasibility ofthis processing mechanism. Then using Deform software has carried on thepreliminary design to the overall structure of the abrasive, including from theend point angle, end the design of the eccentric, grinding groove, groove depthdesign, choose the reasonable size, by a large number of simulation experiment,abrasive point angle of108degrees, eccentricity of0.018mm, with0.05mmscrew groove cutting tool is ideal, and to analyze the stress and strain underdifferent grinding parameters, load, torque, temperature change rule. Then, usegood die structure design, given different processing parameters, such as drillingrate and feed, analysis of different parameters on the load, torque, the influenceof temperature, find out the optimal drilling rate and the optimal feeding.,andmake outlook for the next research.
