Large-scale Coal Enterprises Measurement And Evaluation Of Carbon Emissions

Global warming caused by greenhouse gases has become a hot topic at home and abroad, coal consumption is the largest part in China’s energy consumption, and it has brought high proportion of the country’s total greenhouse gas emissions. Coal enterprises are major greenhouse gas emitters, so how to measure carbon emissions of coal companies has important practical significance on energy reduction.Based on Coal and Electricity industry chain, this paper takes coal enterprise as research object, and it applies Life Cycle Assessment to establish a carbon emission calculation model, and implements the model on a coal corporate as empirical research. At the same time, the paper applies process analysis on Life Cycle to study the carbon footprint of coal from production to sales; it also offers a measurement model and a calculation method, and carries out empirical analysis.Furthermore, on the basis of given default emission factor, and given on the actual large coal enterprises in our country, the thesis uses industry statistics for emission factor correction to make the coefficients to be more in line with the production process, thus greatly improving the scientificalness and accuracy of the calculation model.
