As the world’s largest coal producer and consumer in our country, in the face of the current situation, resources consumption and sedous environmen the polhition countries will have to try to adjust the present industrial policy, with the continuous strengthening of efforts in energy conservation and emission reduction policy,new energy and clean primary energy has become the focus of the market. New energy could not have become the dominant energy in the short term,the current development trend of energy or to give priority to the clean energy at a time. As coal washing coal deep processing first indispensable procedures are being cause enough attention.In the process of coal washing,will not only consume large amounts of resources and energy, and at the same time also can produce a lot of environmental pollutants, so must use the scientific method, in the process of coal washing and the detailed analysis of the environmental impact. In this article,through the various process units in the process of coal washing and production situation about resource consumption and pollutant emissions th analyse and evaluate carefuly, using Life Cycle Assessment(Life Cycle Assessment), the method of the evaluation work first determine the system boundary of deposit for the output from raw coal preparation plant products,the following list analysis,list each process unit pollutant emission condition in the system boundary,then use a special data model according to the different environmental impact categories for classification, characteristic and quantitative pollutants.Finally according to the quantitative results of coal washing and at each stage of production resource consumption, energy use and pollutant discharge statistic summary analysis, finally it is concluded that "the key pollution stage and prevention countermeasures.
