In daily lifeļ¼Œplastic products application more and more widely,in orderto meet the needs of a wide variety,the product structure become more andmore complex,but in the injection molding process, plastics will have manydefects, the warpage defect serious impact to parts appearance quality andservice performance. Therefore, if we want to obtain qualified plastic parts,analysis of warpage defect and parameter optimization is very necessary. Thinshell plastic products more easily occur warpping and difficult to solve, Mobilephone panel is a typical thin shell part, in this paper we use mobile phone panelas the research object, using the Moldflow software to the product warpagesimulation analysis and calculation, respectively study the polymer material, themold structure and the process parameters impact on the warpage.Firstly, study polymer material influence on the warping deformation ofproduct choose different materials and it recommended process parameters onMoldflow to simulate the warpage of plastic parts. Based on the macrosimulation results to analyze the polymer flowing characteristics and laws and iseffect on warping deformation. The structure, viscosity and flow performance ofhigh polymer has a certain effect on the warpage.Secondly, study die structure influence on the warping deformation ofproduct.Design different gating system and cooling system were tosimulated. Camparing the simulation results to analysis different mould structureeffects on the warpage. Increasing the gate number can reduce the flow ratio andmake flowing more uniform, this beneficial to product holding and feeding, thuscan reduce the warpage.Finally, study process parameters influence on the warping deformation ofproduct.Selection of injection time, mold temperature,melttemperature,holding pressure,holding time five process parameters wereoptimized by orthogonal test, through the intuitive analysis and varianceanalysis to determine what is the optimal combination of process parametersmake product have minimum warpage, result is the pressure have significant effect on the warpage, followed is melt temperature and holding pressure time.and Based on the optimum process parameters to analysis single factor on theinfluence of product warpage. This provides a new method to analysis injectionmolding significance and have significance guiding and reference value to thedesign.
