We have put traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) extract into the viscose spinning solution respectively, and we obtained a new fiber by wet spinning.The new fiber have the function of antibacterial and health protection.First of all, we have tested the particle size of the TCM extract,more than12%of the particles is greater than50microns, and the size in the3microns to50microns is accounted for8%, it is about80%of the particles below3microns.That plants produce macromolecular precipitation after TCM extract soluble in water,20%cannot be used for spinning.Second, tested the viscosity changes when adding same volume of different concentrations of TCM extract solution to the same volume of dope, the results show that with the increase of TCM extracts add to the solution,the blend spinning fluid viscosity compare to the pure viscose spinning solution viscosity is reduced, and as the TCM concentration increased, the viscosity of the blend spinning fluid increase with the decrease of the first;Tested the viscosity changes when adding different volume of same concentrations of TCM extract solution to the same volume of dope, the results show that the more TCM solution add to the blend spinning fluid, the faster the viscosity decreased.Then, tested the physical properties of the blend membranein when adding same volume of different concentrations of TCM extract solution to the same volume of dope, it is concluded that the plants, with the increase of TMC extract adding into blend spinning fluid,the film breaking strength, breaking elongation and other physical index decreased gradually. Test the physical properties of the blend membranein when adding different volume of same concentrations of TCM extract solution to the same volume of dope,it is concluded that with the increase of solution volume, mixed membranes of breaking strength, breaking elongation and other physical properties were decreased but the smaller reduction. Then check out the common cnidium fruit,curculigo glycosides from alcohol extracts of membrane by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the result shown that spinning out has the health functions of TCM viscose fiber plant.And then Spinning out plant medicine viscose fiber by wet spinning, and test the internal structure of fiber and other related performance by related equipment, compared with ordinary viscose fiber, plant of TCM viscose fiber have more crystallinity,higher moisture, less orientation degree, breaking strength and breaking elongation.And check out the common cnidium fruit.curculigo glycosides by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method form the effective ingredient dissolution,including cnidium monnieri element is5.12mg/kg, curculigo glycosides was0.6mg/kg.Finally, the test the TCM fiber antibacterial properties, experimental results show that the staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate was98.9%, the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli was98.8%, the inhibition rate of candida albicans was89.00%. The results prove that its antimicrobial properties exceed the relevant national standards.
