Water-based ink does not contain volatile organic solvents, thus water-based ink is greenand environmental. Low scratch resistance, high anti-friction performance of water colorfulflexographic ink is applied to the opened type of the prize paper,an environmental protectiontype functional ink award bill printing in. With the gradual development of lottery and paper industry, bill marketshare of instant open type is also expanding, low scratch resistance and high wearresistance water color flexographic ink has a broad market prospect, so it’s greatly meaningful ofthis kind of water color flexographic ink development.According to the current research status of flexographic ink at home and abroad,a suitable for lottery printing four-color water-based flexographic ink was developed. Theinfluence of dispersion was discussed by changing the kinds and contents of grinding resin,pigment/resin ratio, dispersant, grinding time and the grinding equipment. Through theoptimization of water-based flexographic ink formulations, ultimately created withhigh anti-friction performance and low scratch resistance of water-based flexographic ink.The results show that, the ratio of pigment to resin, pigment, resin, additives are the mainfactors affecting the performance of water-based ink. The content of leveling agent and waxemulsion have an effect on the anti-friction performance and scratch resistance. The grindingresin YM1was used in four color printing inks, and2h dispersion is best. Blue ink chooseBGS P.b.15:4; the ratio of pigment to resin is3:1; Choosing750:760=2:1with the mass fractionof1%in the based ink, the performance of dispersion of blue ink is the best. The content ofpigment in ink is17.4%, the film-forming resins choose77:624=1:1.When using the levelingagent B4, the content is1%,and the content of wax emulsion L1is0%, the ink is thebest.Yellow ink choose benzidine yellow; the ratio of pigment to resin is1:1; Choosing750:760=1:1with the mass fraction of0.6%in the based ink, the performance of dispersion ofblue ink is the best. The content of pigment in ink is16%, the film-forming resinschoose90:77=1:1.When using the leveling agent B4, the content is0.5%,and the content of waxemulsion L1is2.5%, the ink is the best.Magenta ink choose YONGGU red FBB; the ratio ofpigment to resin is2:1; Choosing750:760=1:1with the mass fraction of1%in the based ink, theperformance of dispersion of blue ink is the best. The content of pigment in ink is9.6%, thefilm-forming resins choose624:90=1:1.When using the leveling agent B4, the content is1.5%,and the content of wax emulsion L1is2%, the ink is the best.Black ink choose carbonblack pigment, the ratio of pigment to resin is3:1; Choosing750:760=1:2with the mass fractionof1%in the based ink, the performance of dispersion of blue ink is the best. The content ofpigment in ink is9.6%, the film-forming resins choose624:90:77=1:1:1.When using the leveling agent B4, the content is2%,and the content of wax emulsion L1is2.5%, the ink is thebest.
