Make it satisfy the requirement of "strong node weak component" at the same time, the better the implementation of the speed advantages of steel structure construction.In order to better promote new outer casing steel structure type node in the application of engineering, in view of the outer casing and the wall of steel pipe column connection integrity and node area of shear transfer mechanism and reliability, and improve the design method of engineering application, carry out the outer sleeve tube node special test.Combined with European standard (ec3) introduces semi-rigid node stress characteristics and application scope, through the theory of small deformation superposition method (component method) to the outer casing connection node bending moment-corner0the relational model; Combined with the "steel structure design specification" design specifications, deduces the theory formula of the bearing capacity of node, analyses the possible destruction form of the node.Design and carry out the quasi-static test of full-scale steel structure square steel pipe concrete column H steel beam coat plate type node, analysis the test process and phenomenon of the node, according to the test data obtain node of the hysteresis curve, skeleton curve and the curve of bending moment-corner (), and study the node ductility, energy dissipation, stiffness degradation and core area of shear deformation and other indicators, combined with the microscopic analysis of strain gauge and displacement, come to the shear transfer mechanism of the new node, and the collaborative work performance and seismic performance of jackets plate with square steel tube columns.Test result shows that the outer sleeve can effectively increase the flexural bearing capacity of node area, with square steel tube joint force, and can coordinate deformation. Shear flow path clear, test value is consistent with the theoretical value.Test specimen and using the finite element software to calculate the specimen were compared, through both the hysteresis curve, skeleton curve and failure form of fitting, carries on the analysis comparison, the finite element simulation of skeleton curve and hysteretic curve and experimental data obtained from test in general fitted well, the yield load of positive and negative loads have a difference are0.48%and0.59%respectively, both limit displacement error of2.06%, and the ultimate load error of0.68%.
