| Ride performance,as an important performance of automobile evaluation, it affected the performance of the vehicle and the people’s subjective feeling aspect, it is also the modern car driver that paid more and more attention to the ride performance, it is directly impacted the ride comfort feeling of the vehicle. In terms of the vehicle, ride performance affects the service life of the car, and even endanger the occupant safety; secondly, in terms of crew, people’s subjective feeling is one of the most important performance, ride performance will be evaluated by the people’s subjective feeling, the good or bad of ride performance will be relation with each occupant comfort level, and it also make the each occupant do the correct and effective response, at the same time, it also influence the stability of the car.In this paper, according to the principle of automobile theory and vibration, car vibration mathematical model is been established, by using the simulation software matlab/simulink threeã€fiveã€eight dof vehicle vibration model has been established, different working conditions is used to the simulation of the vehicle, using the root mean square value of weighted acceleration, automotive ride comfort performance is been evaluated, space cutoff frequency, stiffness coefficient and road surface roughness parameters and so on are been analyzed to effect on automobile ride comfort. vehicle vibration simulation model with Semi-active suspension is established by using fuzzy control strategy, control input variables are used as vertical velocity and body to body vertical acceleration, control output variables are used as suspension damping coefficient, and it is compared with fixed damping coefficient of the passive suspension and compared their advantages and disadvantages, it is concluded that the fuzzy control system performance is superior, and it prepared a more comfortable and efficient performance for people to design.Based on vehicle vibration system model has been established, it is applied in the vehicle driving simulator which developed by our laboratory (KMRTS), by calling the vibration simulation data, various performance has realized on the simulator, it improves the fidelity of the simulator, and it is feasible. |
